Rose Kuethe of Torhoerman Law firm worked very hard for my case regarding a treatment that caused a lifelong problem to me and many other patients that received it. This problem was never disclosed before the treatment so that the patients would have the option to go with something else if they wanted to do so. Rose did not give up although it took many years to settle this. I also appreciate how she always kept in touch with me to let me know the status of the case. I am expecting my settlement soon after a hard battle. I would recommend using Torhoerman and Rose Kuethe. They will stay the course and fight for you. ~ Cynthia V

I signed on with TorHoerman Law because I was born in Camp Lejeune as both my parents were stationed there in the late 1960s and I lost my father to colon cancer. While my case may or may not qualify, in the long run, I have found TorHoerman Law's regular town halls and email updates very helpful in tracking the status of the general law suit as well as the status of my own case. With everything else in life I have to juggle, it's nice not to have to handle this. When I found out about the Camp Lejeune class action lawsuit I was overwhelmed by the amount of advertisements and places that wanted you to sign up with them. I googled the top ten law firms that were handling these cases. Then I checked to make sure they had a website, signed up with the BBB and it all checked out. I have not been disappointed .
